Introduction
Fish oil supplements have gained popularity in recent years due to their numerous health benefits. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, these supplements are believed to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve brain function, and alleviate inflammation. However, despite the growing popularity of fish oil supplements, there is still a need for more research to better understand their effects on human health.
The purpose of this observational research study is to explore the effects of fish oil supplements on various health markers in a sample of adults. By conducting this study, we aim to contribute to the existing body of knowledge on the potential health benefits of fish oil supplements and provide valuable insights for individuals looking to incorporate these supplements into their daily routine.
Methodology
Participants:
This study included a total of 100 adults, aged 18-65 years, who were currently taking fish oil supplements. Participants were recruited through social media platforms and community organizations, and all participants provided informed consent before being included in the study.
Procedure:
Participants were asked to complete a health questionnaire that collected information on their age, sex, medical history, diet, and exercise habits. In addition, participants were asked to provide a blood sample for analysis of key health markers, including cholesterol levels, inflammation markers, and omega-3 fatty acid levels. Participants were asked to continue taking their fish oil supplements as usual during the study period.
Data Analysis:
The data collected from the health questionnaires and blood samples were analyzed using statistical methods to determine any significant correlations between fish oil supplement intake and health markers. Results
